The Intersection of Art and Wellness

Art has long been recognized for its therapeutic benefits. Engaging with art can reduce stress, enhance mood, and promote emotional well-being. A health-centered gallery takes this a step further by curating exhibits that focus on themes of wellness, mindfulness, and healing.
